All-Ceramic Crowns

Crowns are a type of dental restoration where your existing tooth is capped or completely encircled with a made to fit tooth which is cemented onto your existing tooth. This provides a stronger tooth structure and often is more aesthetically pleasing.
The procedure usually requires two appointments. The first appointment your tooth is prepared and impressions or a digital scan taken. A temporary crown is placed and impressions/scans are sent to the lab for your specially made tooth crown to be formed.
The second appointment is shorter, the temporary crown is removed and the permanent crown is cemented into place!
